These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our website Nuria Legarda Performing Arts (“Website”) and the purchase of workshops (“Services”) offered by Nuria Legarda, registered in Spain, registered as Nuria Legarda, VAT number 72674792J, (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing our Website or purchasing a workshop, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our Services.

1. Scope of Services

We provide access to workshops, training, and related materials, which may be offered online or in person. The exact scope, content, and format of each workshop will be described on the Website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our workshops. If you purchase on behalf of another person (e.g., as an employer), you confirm that you have authority to bind that person to these Terms.

3. Orders & Payment

To purchase a workshop, you must complete the checkout process on our Website. Prices are listed in Euros and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified. We use secure third-party payment providers and do not store your full payment details.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers): If you are an EU consumer purchasing an online workshop, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of booking, except up to 15 days before the event date. To exercise your right, you must notify us in writing before the withdrawal period expires.

Cancellations by You: For in-person workshops, cancellations must be made at least 15 days before the scheduled date for a full refund. Cancellations after that period may be subject to partial refunds or no refund, as stated in the workshop description.

Cancellations by Us: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, low enrolment). In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or a transfer to another date.

5. Workshop Participation

You are responsible for ensuring you have the required equipment, software, and internet connection (for online workshops). You must behave respectfully towards instructors and other participants. We reserve the right to remove disruptive participants without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All workshop materials, recordings, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or share workshop materials without prior written consent. Access to digital materials is granted for personal use only.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

8. Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By using our Services, you consent to such processing.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
