BODY AWARENESS TECHNIQUE
The Courses are especially designed to improve the use of the body, by improving body awareness, observing personal movements and postural habits and acquiring the necessary skills to modify them. To awaken conscience of the skeleton and different parts of the body, it is necessary to take one’s time and make contact with one’s deep breath.
Exercises and parameters starting from different movement techniques; Alexander Technique, Movement Anatomy , Grinberg Method, Eutony, Yoga, Traditional Chinese Medicine.
